Nobody Move™ was born from a realization that most people experience at some point in their lives:

The move isn't the hard part. The transition is.

For more than 20 years, founder Robert Esposito worked with individuals and families navigating one of life's most significant events—moving. Through thousands of conversations and experiences, he saw the same pattern repeat itself. The real estate industry had developed sophisticated systems for buying and selling homes, yet very little existed to help people navigate everything that comes after.

Once the closing documents are signed, life doesn't become simpler. In many cases, it becomes more complicated.

People are faced with new responsibilities, unfamiliar environments, financial decisions, logistical challenges, emotional stress, and major life adjustments. Whether they're relocating for opportunity, downsizing after retirement, starting a family, navigating divorce, caring for aging parents, or rebuilding after loss, the move is often just one piece of a much larger transition.

Nobody Move™ was created to help people through that process.

What began as a consumer-focused moving resource has evolved into a broader mission centered on transition management, consumer advocacy, education, and industry standards. Our work focuses on helping people move through life's major transitions with greater clarity, confidence, and support.
